Imagine drinking a wine that your ancestors were already enjoying in the 7th-6th century BC.
Trebbiano Toscano is believed to have been cultivated since the Etruscans, and then spread during Roman times. Its peasant and rural origins are evidenced by its name, which is thought to derive from the Latin "Trebula," meaning "farm" or "estate." Brezza d'estate evokes this rural elegance, tied to the traditions of the upper Maremma in Lazio, where it has found its home. A sunny wine, harvested when fully ripe, with aromatic complexity, pervaded by floral notes and enhanced by fruity aromas, it has a fresh and harmonious flavor. The harvest was carried out without the use of mechanical means.
Summer Breeze, with its golden yellow color, is a wine with mineral tones and freshness in a single sip, the perfect companion for many dishes, including fish, shellfish, white meats, fresh cheeses, and vegetables. It's also ideal as an aperitif.
Summer Breeze should be served at cool, but not too cold, temperatures to enhance its freshness and light aroma: from 8°C to 10°C.
