The "Le 3 Montagne" farm produces two lines of extra virgin olive oil: Anima Verde and Armonia degli Dei, both faithful to the identity of the Canino area. Anima Verde is made exclusively from Canino olives, which produce an EVOO distinguished by its characteristic emerald green color and a bold, tangy flavor. It's perfect for red meats, game, and bruschetta, and pairs well with dishes with a strong flavor. Armonia degli Dei, made from Maurino and Leccino olive varieties, has a delicate flavor and a rich, varied fruitiness, ideal for pairing with fish and vegetables. Both oils are cold-pressed within six hours of harvest to ensure freshness and quality.
